Iain is the dynamic force behind MindsInSync and the inventive brain behind the original memory foam bath mat that put the company on the map as a new innovative player in consumer goods. He is truly a hands-on CEO. With jacket off and sleeves rolled up, he gets involved with every aspect of the business from generating ideas to spearheading sales to streamlining the supply chain.

Prior to founding MindsInSync in 2005, Iain served in variety of executive financial and sales roles at Worlds Apart, a leading children's lifestyle products company based in the U.K.. Among his achievements was launching the company's brands in the American marketplace. Iain's success was off the charts, establishing partnerships with major retailers and licensing programs with leading entertainment brands. His incredible sales and marketing record over the course of three years drove the company's global growth beyond all expectations and projections.

Iain lives in New York City, where he shares his home and his office with two dogs, Buddy & Sparky. When he's not spearheading MindsInSync's phenomenal growth, Iain enjoys taking the dogs to the dog run, following the Yankees and discovering great New York City spots to host regular company team-building events.
