Maria co-founded MindsInSync UK. In the early days of the firm, she was responsible for deciding on design and marketing for the brand collections in addition to implementing the international commercial distribution, warehousing and procurement framework.
Maria's natural entrepreneurial spirit has driven the establishment of MindsInSync offices in London, New York, China and Hong Kong, and today she is directly responsible for managing group global operations. She travels frequently and every office is always eager to welcome her. Prior to MindsInSync, she held business consultant roles for The Polyglow Group and DirectLink Ltd.
Maria is a classically trained musician who studied at the Conservatoire de Valencia in Spain. She also studied English Grammar and Literature at Kings College, University of London. She speaks four languages and has lived and worked in Europe, North America and Asia during her career.
