Joseph Moya
Vice President Product Design & Development
Joe is an entrepreneurial thinker with a unique background in industrial design, brand development, retail and manufacturing and over 20 years experience developing consumer and brand relevant products. At MindsInSync, he leads a diverse team of products designers, developers and engineers in the research and development of innovative products in multiple categories for multiple brands.
Prior to joining MindsInSync, Joe served as Studio Director, Product Development at FITCH; Senior Director and founder of Office Depot's product development department; Vice President Design and Merchandising at TIMEX Corporation and Partner/Vice President of Joe Designer Inc. He is a former adjunct professor at Pratt Institute in NY, and former IDSA NY Chapter Chair and IDSA Housewares Section Chair. Joe studied marketing at Northeastern University and has a BS in Industrial Design from the University of Bridgeport.
A native New Yorker, Joe resides in Connecticut with his wife, 2 children, 3 dogs and innumerable pairs of sneakers.
