In his senior leadership role at MindsInSync, Charles has a diverse range of responsibilities that include working with all layers of the company leadership in defining our corporate strategy, managing the P&L on new categories, spearheading licensing programs and driving further growth in the Asian consumer marketplace.
Charles brings a wealth of textile industry experience to MindsInSync having served as the Chief Operating Officer & EVP, North America for Welspun India, one of the world's leading makers of home textiles. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Bardwil Industries, the textile giant behind the Lenox and Tommy Bahama home linens.
Charles is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and received an MBA from Golden Gate University. He's an avid reader of fiction and historical accounts and is a movie buff with a predilection for films in the "twisted humor" genre.
